Hi, I'm Nikolai Powell

I’ve been in the fitness industry for 16 years, training a wide variety of clients. My philosophy is based around developing a strong body as well as a strong mind. Strength is the foundation of longevity and preserving that, as well as optimizing hormones and mental health, can increase the quality of life and make it enjoyable.

I received my bachelors degree in Kinesiology at Western Washington University in 2017. My background is in athletics with 16 years of competitive ice hockey, lacrosse, track and field, basketball and soccer. I started strength training at 12 years old and once I saw how much it improved my performance in my sports, I never stopped and made it part of my life.

My goal is to educate my clients and emphasize correct form and progressive overload. I will work with you to help you move more efficiently, feel great, build confidence, increase lean body mass, and help you to be pain free.
